OZero Limits ("we") operates ozerolimits.ma, the UnoInbox application and integrations (WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Messenger, chatbots, automations) on behalf of its clients. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it.
Data we collect
- Contact details you provide: name, e-mail, phone, company
- Content of messages exchanged through our forms, chatbots or messaging agents
- Anonymous technical data (cookieless traffic analytics, no personal identification)
Why we process it
- To answer your requests for a call, a quote or support
- To run the conversational agents and automations we configure for our clients
- To improve our services and measure site audience
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be transmitted to technical processors strictly necessary to deliver the service (hosting, messaging platforms such as Meta/WhatsApp, automation tools, AI model providers), only to perform the requested service. AI providers are contractually prevented from training on your data.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed for its purpose, then deleted or anonymised. You can request deletion at any time; see the data-deletion page.
Your rights
Under Moroccan law 09-08 and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may access, rectify, object to or request deletion of your data. Write to contact@ozerolimits.ma.
Security
Credentials and tokens are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and logged. Our systems run on trusted cloud providers with regular backups.
