Pillar 01 · Automation

Your tools finally talk to each other. Without you in the middle.

We build automations on Make, n8n and Zapier that move information between your software, e-mail and spreadsheets on their own, with human checks exactly where they matter.

What we do

What we automate

Each of these is a scoped project with a fixed price and a measured before/after.

  • Process automation

Quotes, orders, invoices, approvals, onboarding. Multi-step flows that trigger on an event and run to the end, with a log you can audit.

  • Tool integration

CRM ↔ ERP ↔ e-commerce ↔ accounting ↔ spreadsheets. Native APIs when they exist, webhooks or scraping when they do not.

  • AI document extraction

Purchase orders, invoices, IDs and e-mails read by a language model, validated by rules, and pushed into the right system.

  • Lead routing & CRM hygiene

Every form, ad and WhatsApp lead lands in the CRM, enriched, deduplicated and assigned, with a reminder if nobody follows up.

  • Reporting & dashboards

The Monday report builds itself. Live dashboards, scheduled exports and alerts when a number drifts.

  • AI-in-the-loop steps

Classification, summarising, drafting replies, translation. A model does the thinking inside the flow; a human approves where it counts.

Make, n8n or Zapier? We pick the right one for you.

We are not tied to a platform. The choice depends on volume, budget, data sensitivity and who will maintain the flows.

Use cases

Where it pays off first

The same patterns show up in every sector. Here are the ones that return the most hours.

  • Distribution

    E-mail orders into the ERP

Orders arriving as e-mails and PDFs are read, checked against stock and created in the ERP with a confirmation sent back.

  • Services

    Quote to invoice to reminder

A signed quote becomes an invoice, the reminder sequence starts and stops the day payment arrives.

  • E-commerce

    Order ops and customer updates

Shopify or WooCommerce orders sync to the carrier and the accounting tool; customers get WhatsApp updates.

  • Real estate

    Lead qualification

Portal and ad leads are scored, enriched and assigned to an agent within a minute, with follow-up reminders.

  • Healthcare

    Appointment reminders & no-show recovery

Reminders 24 hours before, rebooking flows for absences, all logged in the practice software.

  • Finance & HR

    Monthly closing & onboarding

Expense reports, bank reconciliation alerts, employee onboarding checklists that create accounts and send documents.

How it works

From one process to a system that runs itself

  1. Map the real flow

We sit with the people who do the work and document what actually happens, including the exceptions.

  2. Quantify and prioritise

Hours, errors, delays. We rank by return on investment and pick the first flow.

  3. Build on real data

The automation runs on your actual data in a sandbox. You watch it work before anything touches production.

  4. Go live, monitor, improve

Deployment, alerts, documentation, a two-hour training for your team and 30 days of free adjustments.

Frequently asked questions

The questions we hear most often. Yours is probably here.

Do we have to buy Make, n8n or Zapier licences?

Yes, in your own name: you own the accounts and the flows. We help you pick the right plan; many clients start under 500 MAD per month. n8n can be self-hosted for the cost of a small server.

What happens when something breaks?

Every flow has monitoring, alerts and a documented fallback. With a support plan we intervene within guaranteed times; without one, your trained team has the documentation to fix it.

Can automation include AI?

Yes. Reading documents, classifying requests, drafting replies or summarising calls are AI steps we place inside the flow, with a human approval when the decision matters.

How is the price set?

Fixed price per flow after the blueprint week. You know what it costs before we build. Support is a flat monthly fee.

We already have a few Zaps. Can you take them over?

Yes. We audit, document and harden existing flows before adding new ones. Often half the value is in fixing what silently fails today.
