Services
OZero Limits is an automation, digital marketing and AI agency based in Kenitra, Morocco. We design and operate automations, AI systems, conversational agents and marketing programmes for our clients.
Acceptable use
You agree to use our services lawfully, not to circumvent security measures, and not to use our agents or integrations for fraudulent, abusive or illegal purposes, including unsolicited messaging.
Intellectual property
Site content (text, images, logos, code) belongs to OZero Limits unless stated otherwise. Deliverables built for a client are governed by the corresponding service agreement, which by default transfers ownership to the client upon payment.
Third-party platforms
Some services rely on third parties (Meta/WhatsApp Business, AI model providers, automation platforms). Your use of these integrations is also subject to their own terms and policies.
Liability
We strive for availability and accuracy without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free operation. OZero Limits is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of its services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to a service in case of abuse or breach of these terms.
Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. The last update date appears on this page.
Governing law
Moroccan law applies. Courts of Kenitra have jurisdiction.
