Our story
We started by automating our own work.
OZero Limits began as an engineering team building systems for Moroccan SMEs: order pipelines, booking agents, knowledge assistants. Every project surfaced the same two problems: the manual work nobody had time to remove, and customers who could not find the business in the first place.
So we organised around four pillars. Automation removes the manual work. Digital marketing makes the business visible, on Google and increasingly in AI assistants. Training gives teams the skills to keep going without us. AI solutions, including our own product UnoInbox, run the conversations and documents that pile up.
We work in French, Arabic and English, from Kenitra, with clients in Morocco, France, Belgium, the Emirates and Canada. We stay small on purpose: fewer projects, done properly, in production.

What we refuse
Things we will not do, even if you ask nicely.
- Automate a broken process. We fix the process first; automating disorder only produces faster disorder.
- Send marketing messages to people who did not opt in. Our own product blocks it; so do we.
- Put customer data into a model without telling you where it goes.
- Promise a position in ChatGPT or Google. We promise the method and the report.
- Start a project we cannot measure.
