Data deletion request

You can request the deletion of all personal data that OZero Limits holds about you, including data collected through the website, forms, chatbots, UnoInbox or WhatsApp Business agents we operate.

How to request

Send an e-mail to support@oze.ma with the subject "Data deletion request", including:

Your full name
The e-mail address or phone number associated with your data
The service concerned (website, chatbot, WhatsApp, UnoInbox), if known

Processing time

We process every request within 30 days and confirm completion by e-mail.

What is deleted

All personal data linked to your request is permanently deleted from our systems and those of our processors, except where a legal retention obligation applies.

Meta platform requests

Deletion requests initiated from Facebook or Instagram are received automatically through Meta's data-deletion callback and processed the same way. A confirmation code is provided for tracking.
